Description

SPWAX LB110 PRO is a linear synthetic wax with a high melting point; it has a better ability to delay plastication and reduce energy consumption in PVC applications.

● Effective control of the plasticising of PVC (when used in the correct ratio with internal lubricants) results in optimum processing and physical properties. 

●  Volatiles at the exhaust port and mould outlet have been reduced, thus reducing environmental problems in the extrusion process. 

●  Better metal release and reduced spotting from thermal degradation.  Less added external lubricant content, resulting in improved physical properties and reduced segregation and mould overflow. 

Storage & Logistics

For best shelf life store this product in a dry area at normal ambient temperature. Minimum shelf life is two years from the date of shipping when properly stored.
