Performance/Application

● KY-381 is a high performance methyl tin mercaptan stabilizer designed to be used in rigid PVC processing and molding. It meets FDA and BGA regulations and can be suitable for food packaging materials.

● KY-381 is especially suitable for the calendering of tape machines, blow molding and injection molding of extrusion machines. 

● KY-381 has excellent transparency, good initial coloring and long-term stability, and can save 20% compared to general octyltin thiol stabilizers. 

● KY-381 has low volatility, odor, and plate-out-free processing. 

● KY-381 has excellent long-term thermal stability, which facilitates the recycling process of recycled materials.

Dosage range

KY-381 may be used in the manufacture of food packing materials. The maximum permitted dosage is 2 phr.

Storage & Logistics

Dry storage at room temperature is recommended. Once opened, packaging should be firmly closed.
