Ca/Zn stabilizer CT 29 X

Performance/Application: 

● BAEROSTAB CT 29 X is a virtually odourless, liquid Ca/Zn stabilizer which guarantees good process stability. 

● BAEROSTAB CT 29 X displays excellent lubrication and mould release properties. The product is insensitive to hydrogen sulphide. 

● BAEROSTAB CT 29 X is particularly suitable for the processing of plastisols by rotational moulding and spread coating, but can also be used for the extrusion and injection moulding of plasticised PVC . 

Dosage range: 2.0-4.0 phr. 

To enhance the action of this stabiliser we advise combining it with the epoxy plasticiser BAEROSTAB LSA, generally at a 1:1 ratio.  

Storage & Logistics

Dry storage at normal temperature is recommended. Once opened packaging should be firmly closed.
