● KE01 is a new type of environmental friendly plasticizer, produced through a series of chemical synthesis reactions with DOTP equal performance like heat resistance, cold resistance, volatile resistance, softness and excellent electrical insulation properties.
● KE01 can pass the European Union 224 examinations, does not contain hazardous substances like benzene, a kind of economical and green plasticizer with good quality.
● When using KE01, no need to change the current formula and process, better to mix KE01 with current plasticizer like DOP/DOTP/DINP, recommend dosage of KE01 is 20% -50%(typical 30%), then it can improve the molding efficiency and reduce production costs.
Application
● This product is widely used in a variety of soften PVC & polyurethane products, like hose, artificial leather, ink, color paste, floor leather, rubber strip, high-end automobile mat, unsaturated resin, sealing strip, rubber, shoes, paint, glue, adhesive, foam and all the products using plasticizer.
